Mix well with mixer.
1 ¼ cups sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 cup bananas
Add:
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Yields 1 dozen muffins. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, 40 mini-muffins for 20 minutes.
