1 ½ lbs salmon fillets
½ tsp lemon pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
Sprinkle fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
In a small bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil. Place fish is sealable bag - pour mixture over fish. Marinate 2 hours. Grill salmon over medium heat for about 7 minutes each side.

Parmesan Baked Salmon--
even my kids like this salmon from Jessica Romney
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 salmon fillets (1 lb.)
2 Tsp. Lemon juice
10 Ritz crackers crushed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix mayo, cheese and pepper until well blended; set aside. Place salmon on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle evenly with lemon juice. Top with cheese mixture; spread to evenly cover salmon. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
