Carie's Mississippi Mud Pie

Crust
1 1/2 Stick butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix together and press in to 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool crust

Filling 1:12 oz cream cheese1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Filling 2:2 small boxes cook and serve chocolate pudding, prepared, Cool.
Filling 3:Cool Whip
