Carrot Cake

1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup oil
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ cups finely grated carrots
¾ cup crushed pineapple, drained
¾ cup nuts
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

This is such a great recipe! Mom's version is exactly the same, but hers calls for 1 1/2 t. baking soda and 1 1/2 t baking powder. Just thought you'd like to know!
