Chicken Roll-ups

Combine for Filling:
4 or 5 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into pieces)
8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese
4 TBSP. Butter, softened
2 mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 cans crescent rolls
Melted butter
1 cup bread crumbs
Unroll crescent rolls, pat out. Top each crescent roll with equal part filling mixture. Roll up crescent roll, pinch edges together. Dip in melted butter, roll in bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 for 15 to 18 minutes. Pour cream of chicken soup + 1 can of milk over as gravy.
