8 oz. Polish Kielbasa, sliced ¼ “ thick
1 small onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 1lb. Chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
1 ½ cup minute rice
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes, not drained.
1 cup water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Pepper to taste
Cook sausage until browned, remove from pan. In same pan heat garlic and onion, remove. In same pan, cook chicken. Remove. Add rice, tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Once boiling add sausage, onions and garlic, and chicken. Cover. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Uncover and cook off remaining liquid (if any).
