Chicken and Rice

from Tiffany Whitney
1 ½ cup rice
3 cups water
1 pkg onion soup mix
Chicken breast (or bone in meat)
1 can cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup
Bake at 350 degress covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 1 more hour and add 1 cup of cheese for last 15 minutes.
