Zesty Italian Crockpot Chicken

6 Chicken Breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 packet of dry Italian dressing
1 package cream cheese
Place chicken in crock pot, then sprinkle Italian dressing over chicken. Add cream of chicken soup. Don't stir. Place cubed cream cheese on top. Cook on low 6 hours or high for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir once before serving. Serve over rice.
