Heavenly Cloud Biscuits

2 Cups sifted four
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 Cup shortening
1 Beaten egg
1/3 Cup milk

-Roll out dough and cut pieces-Bake at 450 degrees for 10-14 minutes

I love this recipe!!
I found it works best when the dough is refrigerated for an hour or more but no longer than 6 hours or the baking power will oxidize give the dough little black speckles.
