2 (¾ pound) Pork Tenderloin
½ cup ketchup
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TSBP soy sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic minced
Combine everything in a zip-lock heavy duty plastic bag. Mix well. Add pork.
Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours. (I’ve done as little as 2).
Place in a pan coated with vegetable cooking spray (reserving marinade.) Bake at 400, for 45-50 minutes, basting frequently. Internal temp 160. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
