Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp pepper
1 small onion, chopped (about ¼ cup)
1 egg
Heat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients. Shape into twenty 1 ½ inch meatballs. Place in 9x13. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
We like to pour La Choy Sweet and Sour sauce over the meatballs when they are done cooking and serve over rice.
